Woven Together in Christ
In anticipation for Holy Cross' 50th Anniversary, it seemed appropriate to design and produce a piece of art that would capture the kind of community that has been built over the last 50 years. The idea was simple - ask each member and friend of Holy Cross to find a piece of clothing that is personal to them, and have them cut out strips that will eventually be sewn together to make a tapestry.
The instructions: cut pieces of fabric 3" wide. Cut enough fabric that, when rolled out, will total 20 feet long.
